Nice room and That's why the payment is super fun

The staff is very nice and smiling, they have good English, very accommodating. The room was very clean , hotel very quiet. next to a tram stop and a shopping center. Very nice decoration, and equipment.

As others have noted, this hotel is in a more industrial neighborhood of Bratislava, though still fairly accessible to the old town center by direct tramway (5 mins. walk to the stop) or Bolt car service for those with a bit more budget. There's also a shopping mall just across the road with a Lidl grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop, food court etc. The rooms are huge, well-heated, clean, with big windows and perfectly WiFi'ed. During my stay in mid-December it was strangely a "ghost hotel." I didn't see or hear another guest the whole weekend, which was fine by me as I never had such a quiet stay in urban accommodations. Tempus brand is also a luxury car dealership, so don't doubt you've arrived the correct location! The receptionist kindly waited for my late check-in and gave good advice before taking the weekend off. Highly recommended, good value as a base if you plan your agenda with the tram ride in mind.

Awesome hotel, comfy/ clean room and nice people. There are a Lidl, Tesco and public transport close by.

Staff at the reception was very kind, rooms looked new, were super clean, felt very comfortable. There was plenty of parking space for hotel guests.

Friendly staff, lovely room and good location. The tram station was just 8 minutes walk if you fancied a trip to Bratislava.

I want to be near the shopping mall

I looked for a hotel in Bratislava where I could check in very late and check out very early. I let them know I would arrive around midnight and leave at 6. The receptionist was very friendly. Even he didn't speak any English, I could understand some Slovakian, because I am a Croatian. I asked him if he could just make a coffee at 6 AM when I was leaving, he said he will do. He even prepared breakfast for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty public parking on the street in front of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay

Hotel SET Bratislava is a great choice for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is varied and fresh. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The accommodation is excellent, clean, and cozy. The breakfast is very good, with a nice selection of fresh food. A small gift for the dog is a thoughtful detail. The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and willing to solve any problem.

Staff and the hotel was lovely

The room was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. The outside of the rooms look a little bit old fashioned, but on the inside it is very tastefully furnished, with comfortable armchairs, pictures on the walls, and the relaxing color scheme. The restaurant menu was amazing and well priced. Very tasty food for lunch and dinner. As an additional bonus there is a bowling venue, so one can spend great evening with drinks and sports. There is also a nice and free parking in front of the hotel.

Everything in this Hotel is ok. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff and good value for a Europe Capital hotel.

The cooperative behavior of staff was exceptional. I got early check inn they accommodated me well. Breakfast was excellent
