The staff running the accommodation was not aware of what customers where coming from Booking.com or other services The first night I stayed in a room with a mat on the floor and a squat toilet as I did not want to face another hour on a motorcycle taxi to return to bangkok and the months wait for a refund if I could get one. The owner needs to coordinate with his staff onsite as I saw other guests being turned away because of no room And they where returning to bangkok This ride is expensive The 2nd and 3rd night I had a room within the facility proper and the room and toilet was definitely an improvement There was still no bed just a mat on floor the room looked nicer no furniture there was no running water in the room the sink emptied on to bathroom floor. There are signs of them doing some improvements on property but all those listed items like mini bar and courtyard and so on and so on where not there If this is a genuine effort to improve the facility I wish them every success. But I do not believe this facility is not ready yet for foriegn tourists. This is my opinion a lot more work needs to be done to bring it up to standard

The facility is new, clean and the grounds are lovely. It feels like you are in a garden. Room was very spacious with fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful with any questions or help needed. It feels like you are in a little oasis, which made it a nice, relaxing place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing in bustling Bangkok central. There is a shopping center next door with restaurants, stores, a supermarket.

It's next door to a golf course. The property has a resort feel to it and is well maintained. There is a 7-11, Cafe Amazon and some other places to eat very close to the property.

The breakfast was pretty basic but free so I enjoyed. Love the coffee machine, wish they had more traditional dishes.

Convenient location near the Pink Line train. The rooms and the building are clean, and there is staff on standby 24 hours.

Luxurious and clean hotel ever! The building has only 2 floors. Not so crowded. The bed was so super comfyyyyyy.

Very convenient; great, friendly staff; very comfortable; unbelievably great value. Always clean and well maintained. Water bottles provided as needed. Room would be cleaned as often as one desires.

Great location for my needs, and about a 15min walk to the Pink Line. Also close to the night market and several good places to eat. The staff is supper friendly, and thanks to Google, we were able to communicate just fine. All the staff went out of their way to make this place super inviting. I would certainly stay here again!

The location was great for my needs. มิรู้โรย อีทเทอรี่ (Mirooroye Eatery) is a very short walk away. Traffic and street noise is a minimum. And the staff was super helpful and very polite. The beds and air conditioning were both great!
