The staff, location and value for money

The staff was so helpful with anything I needed. Clean room, great AC, huge TV (for sure the deluxe room is worth the extra $) The area is around a ton of things, easy also to grab a grab bike anywhere, is across the street from the tallest building in Bangkok, temple walking distance down the road and I loved the music everyday in the lobby! Very uplifting and positive. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he went above and beyond to make our experience great. You can tell he really cares about the guests and put a lot of love into the business. Thanks Casa Amor!

The air conditioning is very cold. First time I didn't think the air conditioning would be this cold Good vibe nice location for find some eat. Best design interior wc was good for me. Next time I come to Bangkok I'll rest here again.

Great for a solo female traveler or anyone honestly. Quaint, clean and comfy. New build but the area is quiet despite being close to bts and mrt. Not too far by sky train to the green line & few minutes walk to the airport A3 stop outside lumphini park. If you shoot film it’s also close (10-15 minute walk) to two film labs that sell and develop 35mm 📷 The owners and staff are so friendly. Making it easy to get help or ask questions. I had a very early flight and they were kind enough to book a Grab taxi for me.

It is a good place to spend a few nights in Bangkok, relatively close to the metro and sky train. There are a bunch of bars nearby.

Hotel and stuff is excellent for that price. Location is great. We will definitely chose this hotel again. Yung lady who work in kitchen is really helpful and friendly. She go with us and help us finde subway. Our score is 10 for this hotel. The only thing we would like to have is TV, because our room have TV projector (no live TV channels).

The location of this hotel is great! Close to shopping (across the street is a shopping mall), eateries, massages, and convenient stores. It’s a bustling area and a busy one but the hotel is nestled far back from the road so you hear nothing. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Keep in mind, Americans traveling, our plugs did NOT fit their outlets so recommended to grab one from Amazon before you get there! ( or you can buy one there). The staff is very attentive and service impeccable! Our room was cozy and had all the amenities needed and included slippers, bottles to fill with water and coffee urn.

I had a great experience. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the staff were truly amazing—professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily stay here again.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with strong water pressure. It’s also conveniently located near the mall and MRT station. The service was also very good.

Loved this hotel. My new favorite hotel in Bangkok! Lovely classic design and interiors. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and bellman and breakfast waiter. Beautiful cozy rooftop pool. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back soon.
