Very friendly staff. We had a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accomodating. I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was awesome. So helpful! Amy at the bar was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

We had a very good stay at Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria. The room was always clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We especially loved the bathroom shower—it was modern and very comfortable to use. The staff were all nice, friendly, and welcoming, making the check-in and overall experience pleasant.
