The best place to stay in Sapa! Family is so nice! All the meals are great! Room is so stunning with an amazing view on the mountain and rice fields! All the tours were great and well organized! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Sapana Mountain Retreat was truly exceptional. the place was spotless and felt brand new, with incredibly sweet and professional staff, and the view was absolutely fabulous, making the whole experience unforgettable.

The home stay is right on the river and is super well maintained and kept up. Everything was clearly so well cared for!

The bungalows are amazing offering the most fantastic views. We loved having breakfast every morning overlooking the mountains and green rice terraces! Tony was super helpful during our stay. It is outside of Sapa town which really makes the whole stay more peaceful. We rented a motorbike to get around to explore nearby villages and go to town - this worked well so we didn’t need to rely on taxis/grabs.

The brand new hotel. This hotel could easily be a wellness retreat if it wants to brand itself that way. You can admire the beautiful of Sapa from the swimming pool. The room is spacious and clean, everything is new, that makes the highest point. I will be back in the next months, cant wait for the new service released!

The location is really nice, it’s a gem. The mountain view from the room is breathtaking. They also have their own great restaurant with huge serving portion and it’s guaranteed fresh you don’t want to miss out on this. Grateful for the friendly and generous spirit of the owners who made our stay feel like home. And especially to my furry friend, Whiskey who is such a sweet good boy who made our stay extra special. Will definitely stay here again longer.

Very comfortable and clean rooms! An absolute luxury after taking the night bus from Hanoi. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and they allowed early check in for just an additional 500.000 VND. It felt like having a free extra night! We loved the breakfast here - wonderful mix of Vietnamese and Western options. Also nice to order a la carte items which came quickly each time. The staff helped us book return bus tickets to Hanoi and were very professional and timely. We loved our stay here and would gladly recommend it to couples, friends and families 😊

Spending the whole 8 holiday trip at Sapa Charm hotel is amazing. Room is very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast is delicious and dining place is fantastic with nice view. The overall service is very good and staffs are active and helpful. Son Anh(Mrs) head of reception is very kind and helpful for sharing information the nearby places to visit and give us the nice room to stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Liberty Hotel Sapa. From the first moment, the staff treated us like family — something I’ve never experienced in any other hotel. The location and views are stunning, but what truly makes this place special is the kindness of the team. When we asked for a small change in our room, they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost and even gave us discounts on services without us asking. On our last day, after I forgot my bag and had to run back while my wife stayed on the bus, a staff member personally drove me around town to find the bus, made sure I got back on it safely, and refused to take any money. This was more than hospitality — it was genuine care. Highly recommended.
