We had a wonderful night. Phuc Yen is a great place to get away from the chaos of the city. It is only 1 hour away from Hanoi. I would also like to thank the staff at Hotel Belliss. They have built a hotel with a wonderful view right next to Dai Lai Lake. The view from the terrace is especially incredible. We highly recommend it. A niche environment where you can spend a romantic weekend.

Staff is very helpful and kind. The room nay not be much given that the price is cheap, but the Room is clean and well stuffed. Was able to sleep peacefully. There is a coffee shop directly adjacent to the hotel.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything was fully functional. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. They provided airport shuttle and handled our oversized luggage with ease. Most staff spoke good English. The food was very good, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there are several local cafés within easy walking distance. The airport transfer service was outstanding — punctual, smooth, and provided by friendly and attentive drivers. Highly recommended.
