Our family had such great time here. They offer wide variety of activities for all ages. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will come back here in the future.

Location was perfect for us after spending time in Hoi Ann city it was nice location to come back to but still being close enough to access when needed. Breakfast good mix of food it was so nice and the facilities are brilliant. The pools,the gym, mini kids swim areas are excellent. The free shuttle bus in between resorts and into Hoi Ann were excellent always on time. Golf course and facilities very high end

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and we got lucky that the rice paddies were young and green (Mid January). Rosie and Tara, the receptionists, really took great care of us during our stay. We loved that they include a free laundry service (a basket a day) for each room. So genius and so convenient for the guests. Rooms were clean and comfy. Shower pressure was great but sometimes didn’t have hot water in the afternoon. We already booked another stay after we come back from Da Nang :)

Beautiful place, with a peaceful vibe.

The ambiance of the property was beautiful. The swimming pool was exceptionally large, clean, and refreshing. Being located on a lagoon you felt you were out in a kind of exotic place. There were three extra locations where you could hang out either to read a book in the library or do yoga in the pavilion with the breeze is blowing around. There were different plants growing on the grounds. You can swing in a hammock if you so choose. My heritage room was large, and even had a wooden bathtub. Several rooms had either a balcony or a front porch, which was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every time we returned from an excursion we were greeted fondly. There are free bikes for your usage and we use them to cycle to the local beach.

The hotel is amazing and classy, provided that you do not mind being far from the Old Town it is a perfect selection. The room and its bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable; the staff clean the suite at twice a day. In addition, a positive was their breakfast ending at 11 AM and it being very delicious and halal friendly. The staff in Hoiana also noticed us having a special occasion and without informing them they covered the bill and provided complementary drinks.

Everything! We were well looked after from the beginning to end. The bed was really comfy and everything was very clean! We loved breakfast—the egg station and variety of jams. We also loved the view from our bathroom overlooking the rice fields!! Absolutely spectacular. But the best thing of all was the staff. So so so helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Setting up the bikes for us, personalized recommendations for things in the area, and so much more. If we come back to Hoi An, we will come back here! Thank you for everything ❤️

Kindest staff, excellent facilities, exceptional breakfast

What a phenomenal property. Easily one of the best hotel/resorts we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. The service was unbelievable! Special shoutout to Thao who was our host and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we LOVEDDDD the complimentary spa treatments every night. We’d come back to Vietnam JUST to stay here again!!! Thank u Namia for an unforgettable stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be away from the busy center of Hoi An. But close enough to get there on a Grab.

Hai, the Manager, was always helpful with a big smile, if we needed an umbrella, directions, or a delicious coffee. The breakfast was amazing with delicious fruit choices. The bed was very comfortable and very hot water for great showers. We could also borrow bicycles for free!

the owner Bao was exceptional. travelling alone , so really helped me out . lifts to the beach and into town. nothing was a problem . pool was amazing. food great x

It's a quiet, beautiful place only 10 min away (by driving) from the center. Very welcoming host. River view, bathtub. There's a kitchen in studio and opportunity to use shared kitchen downstairs for deluxe room. I loved the colors, the details in interior, everything made with attention. Simple yet with a good taste. It's clean and good smelling. I rested here like nowhere else in Vietnam.

We loved everything about this guesthouse. The minute you step inside, you feel welcomed and taking care by the family. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes away from all activities by bicycle which you can borrow for free. Breakfasts are delicious and generous, lots of fruits! Nice little pool which you can enjoyed to deep in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our host, was able to accommodate us so we could stay two additional days because we really enjoy the calm space. Everything was in the details, which made a huge difference for us. We strongly recommend this beautiful home and family.

Good location in a calm neighborhood, nice balcony with garden view, very clean in the rooms as well as in the garden, beautiful flowers, pool, breakfast in the garden and best of all: real nice hosts, especially the woman who makes breakfast. Perfect also: free bycicles.

Vincent is a wonderful host, very helpful. He booked rides for me when my local sim card stopped working (error by sim card seller). Nice pool. I did not have a long charging cable so he loaned me an extension plug.
