The building/ house is new and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We were greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. The suit is modern and well designed with great style and nice features. It’s a short walk (3 minutes) down a well maintained path to the secluded beach. The price reflects the fact that’s it’s a new listing.
