The neighbourhood is quiet, family-friendly. It's very close to the center and the local beaches. You should get a car to go around, but if you prefer to walk, it's fine. There is a very good restaurant nearby and a store, quite pricy, but all small markets are pricy over there. If you wanna save some money, go to bigger local supermarkets. The house is practical, you have almost everything you need in the place.
