Lovely place to stay - actually the best place we stayed in the UK over our stay of 3 weeks . Spacious , clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the host was very friendly and kind . We felt very welcome. There was meticulously attention to detail and we only wished we could have stayed longer .

Lovely property, very comfortable and clean. Handy for town and all amenities. There is plenty of space and all the additional things you would get at home. The cost for 4 people is equivalent to 3 hotel rooms and is definitely superior.

Excellent location - easy to do shopping, order take-outs, visit pubs without having to drive, visit places of interest in Kendal. The house was comfortable, although there were only 3 of us (myself, my wife and my sister-in-law). It was well positioned to visit the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Finding the location and parking was easy, though our car is relatively small.
