Everything from start to finish was great

I booked this two weeks ago a booking for 5, for my son and his friends for park life festival for this past weekend. I was very apprehensive him being in a private rental the first time away from home but how wrong could I be. It was absolutely perfect. A real beautiful cottage, fantastic hosts who kept us up to date with everything on the lead up to the booking. Also messaged checking if they needed anything for the second day. They offered late check out. The house was beautiful, very modern decor and a real home from home feel. Everything was second to none, so clean, homely and everything you could need when away from home and more. The host met us upon arrival to show the lads to the rooms. Also how to use the very secure locks ect. It really put us at ease. We travel to Manchester a lot for business and for just weekends away in the city so this will now be a future regular cottage for myself instead. Their was not a think any of us could leave anything negative about . If you want a modern, welcoming, clinically clean establishment with a homely feel , fantastic hosts rather than a bog standard hotel then this is your place to book.

All rooms ( kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) perfectly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy check-in.

The property was nice and clean and the room was same as the picture very spacious.

The place was cozy and warm. Excellent for Co-op arena events, since it's in walking distance.

The propty is basicly a beed rom at the back of a garden, it has a hot tub in a shed ,
