Perfect base for exploring the Lake District or a 5 minute walk to the many restaurants and bars that Kendal has to offer. Ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There are stairs going up to the first floor with a small cupboard underneath. This can be accessed from the ground floor, opposite the front door. First floor is where you will find the bedroom (standard double bed), bathroom (door directly to your right at the top of the stairs) and cupboard/wardrobe. The cupboard is accessible via the door at the head of the bed. Hi, I'm Charlotte! I live in with my husband, Ash and our two cats, oh and we're just about to welcome a little bundle of joy in to the world, which will be our first! We both are very active and love being outdoors. We enjoy fell walking and running, and living in Kendal we count ourselves pretty lucky. We love nothing more than at the weekend than pecking up the rucksacks and heading out into the Lakes and Fells. There's always somewhere new to explore even after 30 years living here! It's a new venture hosting a property but on the back of some great self catering apartments and home stays on our holidays, we wanted to offer the same. We undertook renovating the property in October 2024, straight after purchasing and hope people can use our little place as a base to venture out and explore Kendal, The Lakes and surrounding area. Or simply enjoy it for any occasion you might be up this way.

Set in the old part of Kendal with period buildings. The Property was built in 1789!! Don't worry thought the interior is all new, with a shiny new roof!
