My friends and I enjoyed our two night stay at this adorable cottage. We were drawn to the wallpaper and decorations and wow is it impressive in person. So tastefully done and a perfect home base for our weekend in the whisky region. All of us slept well in the comfortable beds. And it was great for our group of friends to have a lounging spot, with plenty of games provided to keep us entertained. Clea is very communicative so it was easy to check in and make ourselves at home. She even provided fresh bread to enjoy for breakfasts and plenty of tea options and coffee makers (moka pots, french press). Her welcome book provides all the instructions for the house and its appliances. Highly recommend this cottage for families and groups of friends.

The property is truly outstanding. We loved the tranquillity of the cottage along with the comfort. The property had plenty of space for 4 people, the grounds were well kept and the cottage was clean. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. Koos and Carolyn were very nice and welcoming hosts. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. We really appreciated the baked bread and homemade jam upon arrival. The fireplace was so nice to come back to after a day of exploring. We were so sad to have to check out of This gem of a cottage, but we will be sure to book again. Highly recommend.

Location was great .The lodge is furnished to a very high standard.Simon and Sandra met us on arrival and gave us the low down and even though they are next door they are not intrusive we didn't see them again till departure.It is just a 10 minute walk through the woods into the very pleasant town of grantown.This lodge is superb value for money and I would highly recommend to anyone

Beautiful and very well maintained house, tastefully decorated. Modern shower, comfy bed. Helpful and friendly hosts. Delicious dinner (need to be preordered) and breakfast.
