Cottages in Sani Beach

We had the most wonderful stay at S4SANI Luxury Villas in Sani, Halkidiki! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush green fields that evoke a sense of Tuscany, yet you’re just minutes away from the best beaches in Halkidiki. Plus, it’s conveniently less than an hour’s drive from the airport. The villas themselves are truly luxurious. Spread over three levels, they offer more than enough space for 4-6 people. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for relaxing, while the private pool provided the perfect spot to unwind. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside with the serene forest and sea views, and the candlelit dinners by the pool were simply magical. The two main bedrooms on the first floor were incredibly comfortable, with one king-size bed and another room with two large single beds that can be converted into a double. Everything was modern, clean, and of the highest standard. But what really made our stay special was Eleni, the host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home, and we can’t thank her enough! I would highly recommend S4SANI Luxury Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable vacation in Halkidiki. We can’t wait to return!

A nice two room apartment in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the necessary amenities. More importantly, the location is 15 minutes on foot (3 by car) from the nearest beach, which is sandy with shallow waters and is ideal for families with children. One half of the beach also has a natural shade from the nearby hill until 11 AM. Sani beach is also close, about 10 minutes by car.
