Cottages in São Roque

The apartment was perfect for the two of us during our week stay! I was worried it might feel small, but it was a little bigger than I expected and felt perfectly comfortable! The private outdoor patio was nice and we also had no trouble parking on the street nearby everyday.

It was an excellent location. I was on a flight that was delayed and had arrived at 2:30 in the morning. The owner was outstanding in communicating with us and making sure we got in even at the late hour. The location is right across from the water. There’s a nice beach right near it. Also, a lot of parking in front of the building, which is rare in the area. I left my sun glasses there and he’s mailing them back to me. We really loved it!

I enjoyed my stay at this spacious apartment. It was clean and very well-equipped. It was the best value on the island. Thank you!

Catarina is a kind and a caring host. Our flight from Pico to Ponta Delgado got delayed and we could not reach early enough to get some basic groceries like milk and yogurt. Catarina was kind enough to get us bread, milk, yogurt and fruits and dropped it off at our place even though it was a bit late at night. She refused to take money from us which were a wonderful gesture from her. Catarina is a very responsive host and she was quick to answer every one of our concerns and questions. Place looks nicer and bigger than it looks in pictures and it was very clean. It is about 8 minutes drive to airport and 10 minutes drive to city center from the accommodation. Place was very convenient to visit city center and other attractions. Catarina's Place had everything that we needed to cook including Oil, Sugar, Salt, Tea bags and Coffee pods for the coffee machine. Catarina even provided us with local cookies and jam which were a wonderful addition to the place. Catarina was accommodating in allowing us to check out late as we had a late evening flight which we appreciate a lot. It is a one way street and people should be aware as to not to park car outside other people’s home but there were public parking spots within 100m of the home at either end of street so it was convenient. People who are sensitive to noise might hear some street noise in the 3rd floor but rooms on second floor were quiet and peaceful. Catarina has thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. Overall we had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. I highly recommend this place for convenience and comfort.

Beautiful, modern new house with every feature imaginable. Communication was excellent.

Great house near Ponta Delgada with everything you need

Great location (less than 10min walking to the beach) and easy to park. House was clean when we arrived. The host (Inês) was very friendly and helpful.

We loved Casa dos Pedro’s! The beach house was modern, super clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the roof top patio where our family gathered to have dinner, play games, and watch the amazing personalities of the ocean and sky! Our host, Bruno, was incredibly accommodating, letting us check into the property early and providing us a week’s itinerary, by day, of things to do and see on the island. A couple of small markets at the end of the street for essentials made things very easy.
