The staff upgraded us to a better suite, as we were the only people staying there. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible -- they wanted to make sure that not only us, but also our furry companions were as comfortable as possible. The area is nothing short of spectacular!! Rhino Peak pokes you in the eye it is so close. Numerous hiking options abound. The rondavel is cozy. The thatch roof and the structural framing supporting it is a great study as you lay in the comfortable double bed. The kitchen island/bar is well stocked with any and all items you need to self cater. The shower provides an endless supply of hot satisfying water. My wife and I have been traveling for a month in South Africa and this is the best yet. The hosts are generous with thier time and helped us plan our hikes and even led us on an excursion into the National Park.

Location was amazing....so close to Drak gardens where we wanted to walk. Views are lovely, and cottage very cosy. Host very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!
