The location was perfect! Easy drive into town and partly on site made it even better. The pink cottage was so precious! It has every item you would need to feel like you are staying in a home. The laundry on site was also an added bonus.

The accommodations were perfect for a small group yet roomy enough that you did not feel crowded. Beds were very comfortable - not too soft or firm. Proximity to skiing, shopping, and dining was perfect. Was quiet and serene. Loved almost everything - could have used a second shower.

Everything! There were only four of us but the house is setup fabulously for larger groups. Loved the chairs on the dock for some peaceful time absorbing the beauty. The set up of the kayaks makes for easy in and out of the lake for a nice paddle on a beautiful lake.

This was our first time in the "wilderness" and this house made it so easy. It felt like we were in Sweden or Norway - it even had a European-style washer/dryer combo. We ate out at the local restaurants so we didn't use the kitchen (except for coffee) but it looked like it has everything needed to cook. The beds were amazing (the host graciously told me where I could get one for myself). If you're going to Vermont for any reason I highly recommend you stay here!

The property was quirky but nice. The log construction is beautiful and would have been great for a smaller group (I’d say six people, max). Our experience was not great, but I think that was more the fault of Vacasa than the house itself. The cabin boasted a very nice king-size bed / bathroom suite upstairs, plus two somewhat cramped bedrooms downstairs. Given the tight space, two of our group of eight ended up sleeping on the floor.

Robert was great, he texted me prior to my arrival and met me at the cabin where he briefly went over everything with the cabin (super nice!). The cabin was comfortable with 2 clean bathrooms and a shared shower that was easily accessible from both rooms. The living area had a couch with 2 twin beds that folded out, great for kids. Fireplace was great! Also a side room off one of the of the bedrooms that was accessible from outside to store ski gear. I would highly recommend these cabins and would stay here again.

Location was beautiful and serene. We truly enjoyed watching the snow fall outside the cabin during our stay. Bennington has a charming downtown and you can get everything you need within 10 minutes. Property is around 20-25 minutes from Williams College which was perfect for our needs during this trip.
