Great hotel with an excellent staff. Julio and the team handed really well the group check-in in the middle of a chaotic rainy afternoon. I was about to ask for help and before that they were taking control of everything.

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great spacious apartment at the town center

I first stayed here at the end of my Camino France in 2024 and I returned at the end of May following two more Caminos. The studio apartment is spotless, has everything you need, and has one of the best locations in Santiago. When you open the windows, you can hear the bagpiper in the tunnel. The washer dryer combo is a huge plus. Maria, the property manager, is a star. Wonderfully helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay in Santiago! The host was very accommodating and welcoming. He met us at the apartment, gave us a tour of the place and ensured that all of our needs were met. The apartment was very well situated close to the cathedral within walking distance of all attractions in the old town and was very comfortable with everything that we needed for a stay.

The receptionist was so helpful. She gave me advice on traveling, restaurants, airlines, and hairdresser. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I also loved having a bath tub.
