Nice, spacious, and completely new bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Although the apartment is about 5 km from the center of Vienna, the location is extremely well connected to downtown as well as to other parts of the city and its surroundings. Bus 59A (whose stop is practically right below the apartment window, and on the return trip directly in front of the building entrance) goes straight to Karlsplatz. Tram 62 (about 100 meters to the right, across the street) also runs to Karlsplatz. Directly opposite the building there is a U-Bahn station, as well as a train station. In the immediate vicinity, there are several places where you can enjoy a good breakfast and a nice cup of coffee. If you are visiting for leisure, be sure to check out Gleis//Garten, located on the same street as the apartment (Eichenstraße 2).

The location is perfect: situated in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood, yet very close to the city center and all major attractions. The apartment itself is not large, but it is perfectly designed and exceptionally equipped. Absolutely everything we needed was there. What impressed me the most was that everything in the apartment felt brand new and was absolutely spotless. We truly felt at home from the very first moment.
