Staying at VotivPark Vienna Serviced apartments was a great experience. We arrived very early and fortunately the room was ready. They kindly let us check in since 12:30 without being charged. This is very nice and impressive especially since we travelled from Hungary since early in the morning with a 3 months old baby in a very hot day. Really appreciate their kindness. The room was good and very thoughtful management. They provided everything such as the dishwasher detergent, salt for dish washing machine, detergent for washing machine to wash clothes, various kind of coffee. We booked 4 nights and they very kindly provided an extra set of towels. Never seen this in any other service apartment anywhere before. I requested for an extra blanket as my partner will be sleeping on the sofa and the baby will sleep with me on the bed but instead of providing an extra blanket, they let us stay in a room with 2 beds instead. I got to sleep with the baby in a very large king size bed safely and my partner got to sleep comfortably in another bed room. What's else could you ask for? The staff/operator are very kind and quick communication via WhatsApp. The apartment comes with kitchen with fully equipped and even luxury kitchen equipment and dishes. Life got easier with dish washing machines and clothes washing machines. Separate bathroom and toilet, you don't need to wait until one person finishes. Pretty convenient. The location is about 15 mins walking to main attractions but there are much more on the way to see so you don't feel like you are living far away from famous spots. There are supermarket and pharmacy nearby, we even got to buy baby formula from there. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend our friends to stay here.

A wonderful hotel with a perfectly clean, cozy and beautiful room. It has everything you need. My husband and I had a comfortable mattress and pillows, which contributed to a very peaceful sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with proximity to major attractions and public transports. The rooms are cleaned daily, and they also have a large and beautiful main hall. A nice addition is the good breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees of this hotel. The impressions from the stay are the best! I will recommend this lovely and cozy hotel to my friends too. Thank you very much for your hospitality, me and my husband will definitely be visiting you in the future again! 😘

I felt like at home. It was absolutely unexpected elegance, delight and beauty! Super clean. Nice, comfortable two beds in different rooms for perfect sleep. Beds are very comfortable. The living room area has games, puzzles, city event information and reading materials. Shower is very modern and has hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was easy to go shopping at " Billa" , 6 min walk. We made a couple of amazing breakfasts. Walk to line D tram is also taking you to the old town, Opera house and the main train station.

The property was in a wonderful location. It had all the amenities a person needs for a comfortable stay. Close to everything. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
