Very good location. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very nice and welcomed us with a smile.

We had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna. The hotel feels fresh and modern, while still keeping the charm of the historic building. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a courtyard view, which was very quiet—so peaceful that we could sleep with the window open, something that’s rare in a city hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. There was a great selection of fresh food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Vienna. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, high-quality place to stay.

A wonderful hotel with a perfectly clean, cozy and beautiful room. It has everything you need. My husband and I had a comfortable mattress and pillows, which contributed to a very peaceful sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with proximity to major attractions and public transports. The rooms are cleaned daily, and they also have a large and beautiful main hall. A nice addition is the good breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees of this hotel. The impressions from the stay are the best! I will recommend this lovely and cozy hotel to my friends too. Thank you very much for your hospitality, me and my husband will definitely be visiting you in the future again! 😘

I stayed at Hotel Baron am Schottentor for two nights during my visit to Vienna and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city, yet the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna and would consider staying here again.

Honestly, the room blew through my expectations. The location was close enough to the city centre where we could walk within 20 mins! Easy access with the self-check in and had no issues!

Good location, very clean and easy to find. They offered kettle, some tea, cofee and fridge. Room looked like regular hotel, but without reception. Overall great experience and disadvantages are almost invisible

I liked everything. The staff is very nice. The room is clean . Location amazing. There is a kettle in the room with 3 tea bags and two coffee. The bed is soft, the floor is clean, shower is great.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It is in a great location. Very close to most everything. Rooms are very nice and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel if its in your budget.

Really good hotel, just a minutes walk to the center. The neighborhood is really nice, with restaurants and supermarkets around. Also U4 is just a few meters away. It was clean, the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good and fresh.

Our stay at Palais Rudolf was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations, especially as this was our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view and, despite the hotel being centrally located, it was impressively quiet — something we really appreciated. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a well-maintained space throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful surprise in the room (prosecco, a personal message, and a small treat), which made our arrival feel special. The breakfast was rich and of very good quality, and the staff — both at reception and in the breakfast area — were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Overall, the hotel combines a boutique atmosphere with a high level of organization, and it’s clear that the current management is doing a great job. We would definitely choose it again.
