The hotel was brand new as advertised and felt very clean and elegant, especially for that price. They let us check in early and the 12 pm checkout is wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful and seemed excited to be opening and showing everyone a good time. The bed was very comfy and we stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the huge skylight. We'd absolutely stay again!

Accommodation is 30 mins from the airport. Beautiful split level apartment on street level with huge windows floor to ceiling with shutters. Splendid bathroom and has everything to feel home away from home. It has been renovated in classy style. 10 blocks away from Schönbrunn Castle [surprise!] and bus/tram one block away. 15 mins from Vienna's center. Hofer supermarket a couple of blocks away and pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.

Eddie was super responsive and helpful at every step. When we landed, he managed to let us in the apartment ahead of time. The apartment was super clean, warm cozy and homy. He went above and beyond and even brought us some Christmas basket on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend spending time at this apartment.

It might have been the best stay in Austria. The owner was lovely and so helpful. And patient with our full blown energy kids (which is rare in Austria). The appartment was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with the laundry, which was very appreciated.
