I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I believe the staff and services at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen were some of the best I ever recieved. The staff was amazing, attentive, and treated me wonderfully. The location was great and close to many malls, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. One great feature of the room was the washing machine, while you need to dry your clothes on the balcony, it’s well set up for that purpose, which was a huge help during my stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station and shopping centers nearby. It’s just a few minutes from the technology trade center, making it an ideal base for exploring Shenzhen. I would definitely stay here again!
