Excellent hotel with a high level of service. The staff are very attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfasts are very good and offer a wide variety of options — everything is fresh and delicious, with both Western and Asian choices available. The location is also great. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can find everything from restaurants and cafés to a wide range of well-known brands. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I believe the staff and services at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen were some of the best I ever recieved. The staff was amazing, attentive, and treated me wonderfully. The location was great and close to many malls, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the city.
