An absolutely wonderful butler staff, with impeccable services! The moment of my arrival I was welcomed by Alice, who arranged getting me check-in quickly. Chief Butler Faust made my stay incredible, and he is one of the main reasons I only stay at the St. Regis hotel when I am in Shenzhen. A special thanks to Butler Dylan who delivered my evening meals when I ordered room service. He was always engaging and happy to converse with me.
I actually stayed at this property two times before my return home. The second time was for three night, just to relax in this wonderful property. Simply the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen city!

The only bad thing about the hotel was that I was not informed in advance that the pool was inactive until next month.
Although the pool was great !
They could work on their breakfast buffet and add currency exchange services.

Location is fantastic, MRT is just below the hotel.
Breakfast is really good with new menus daily. Very friendly staff who is observant to cater to your needs.
Room is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect.
Reception is on the 6th floor, the staff at the hotel entrance (ground floor) is exceptionally helpful and provides good information and even help us to look out for the Didi car that we booked. Highly recommended to stay at this place, especially it's so close to the walking street.

The hotel location was excellent. Very nearer to the Hubei metro station. The room was very spacious and full of technology. Breakfast soon was a bit small but they have huge variety of breakfast menu. You may get room service by robot if you want. Money exchange was very difficult. However, we found out that in Wangfujing Metro station there is a booth for money exchange.

when we arrive, the rooms, which we booked were not available. they say that they didn't receive information from booking.com. anyhow, they offered us other rooms, double beds, instead of twin beds, which we require on booking.com
