I had a very comfortable stay at Homztality Elbatal Mohandeseen. The staff were very respectful, flexible, and helpful. The studio was well equipped, and the appliances and furniture felt modern and high quality. The location is excellent. It is on a commercial street with many restaurants, services, and ATMs just a few steps away. I stayed in a studio with a balcony on the 11th floor, which made the street noise much quieter than expected. The building also has a security guard, which adds an extra feeling of safety. The price is very reasonable for the comfort and quality provided. I would recommend it especially for travelers who prefer staying in authentic Cairo neighborhoods while still enjoying a clean and comfortable place. It is also convenient for anyone who needs to visit nearby administrative offices or government institutions.

From my experience in renting apartments in Cairo, I noticed that they had increased the level of the furniture and cleanliness, as well as the facilities, this flat was highly matched the top level of all whats mentioned earlier. they provide 6 LCD screens, in all three rooms, the kitchen and 2 in the hall. 2 types of coffee machines, and more.. I would stay here in my next visit and will recommend it to other friends.
