Our recent stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the owner proved to be an incredibly thoughtful and accommodating host. Due to unexpected travel disruptions and our flight cancellation to Cairo amid regional tensions, we had to adjust our booking dates at the last minute. Ahmed handled everything with understanding, flexibility, and genuine care, which immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. The apartment itself was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—but what truly made this experience stand out was the level of hospitality we received throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Abdual Rahman, who was absolutely amazing. He took care of every detail with professionalism and kindness, regularly checking in on our arrival timing and ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. He also went above and beyond by providing us with a wealth of useful information and excellent recommendations for restaurants and services in the area, which made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. One of the most appreciated touches was the complimentary housekeeping during our stay—an unexpected bonus that added an extra level of comfort. Abdual Rahman also checked in on us daily to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything, which made us feel truly cared for. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. The combination of Ahmed’s flexibility and Abdual Rahman’s attentiveness created a stay that felt both seamless and personal. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality.

Spacious and well equipped with a great shower. The beds were comfy and the flat was clean and well maintained throughout. The location was great - right opposite the NMEC which made it a great way to spend our final morning looking round the museum before getting our bags and going to the airport. Local amenities like shops and food outlets are just round the corner and it's not touristy so no hassling, just a normal neighborhood. We found it very easy to get Ubers out the front of the building to quickly go into old Cairo, Giza and even the airport.

The apartment is impeccably clean, new, and modern. Everything is brand new, beautiful, clean, in perfect working conditions and comfortable. The owner may ask for $200 cash deposit upon check in, which I understand due to the state of the apartment, which is understandable. He didn't end up charging me deposit because I didn't have the cash with me. However, I don't remember seeing it on the listing. Apartment is located around a falafel shop, bakery and juice shop.
