A luxurious and modern hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful, reception, room service, house keeping and laundry.
The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable and smoothly . at chick I found welcoming hospitality a plate of fruits and Egyptian sweets. The room arrangement is modern and has distinctive colors.
The breakfast was varied and delicious.
It's ideal for business travelers and families.
The swimming pool is wonderful.

I had an amazing stay at 4 elements. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel’s location was perfect. In the middle of normal Egyptian neighborhoods and close to my training course yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway yet close to shopping centers and restaurants.
Overall, I highly recommend 4 elements to anyone looking for a great experience.

We had a great stay at Lacasa Residence from 23 Oct – 1 Nov 2025 across three separate bookings. The cleanliness, upkeep of the entire place and their service level are exceptionally high, comparable to the international standards. (It’s even better than some 5-star hotels…)
We are more than pleasantly surprised with the show of warmth by the friendly staff. They were quick to respond to our needs. The rooms are equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, kitchen sink and washing machine. Depending on the room size, some are equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking over the stove.
The placement of the lights was well thought off – a good combination of higher intensity and dimmer lights were installed in the rooms. As the accommodation is located slightly away from the main road, this ensures guests’ peaceful sleep.
Lacasa Residence has truly surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this place for both business and leisure.
