The reception from the owners was very kind, and everything was even better than the photos. The cleanliness was superb, and the view of the Nile and the sailboats was breathtaking. The pyramids were easily visible on a clear day. The apartment's amenities were generally excellent. The appliances were top-notch, and each room had its own separated air conditioning unit for easy temperature adjustment. As for the location, there's a supermarket, restaurants, a sweets shop, and a bank nearby.

The garden and pool areas and clubroom are so very delightful. The entire property is pristine and neat and quiet and carefully taken care of. Plenty of steaming hot water in the shower is a big deal to me. Little things like a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc and a lamp at the bedside bring the comfort level to a pleasure. Management is quite extraordinary in every detail

The suite itself is very lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a nice location. They really need to improve in communication, logistics and payment, as I had frustrating issues with that. They told me 4 days prior that I could check in at 1:00 rather than 3:00, but when I arrived at 1 the unit had not been cleaned yet. I went to a cafe next door to wait, then they said it was ready at 3:00 so I returned only to find 3 cleaners still working in the suite. Finally at 3:30 they were finished, and then one of the staff asked for my cash payment. It was not clear in the listing that I needed to pay with cash. They ended up giving me a discount for the 2.5 hour late check in and I managed to get the cash for payment, but they need to make cash payment clear on their listing, and not promise early check in, then waste guest’s time not being ready. I wasted a lot of time during my stay chatting with them to iron out all these things. If they can improve these logistical details, the property will be great!
