Regine was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We communicated through WhatsApp and Regine was very responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the room spacious and well equipped. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk to the tram and Promenade des Anglais. I look forward to staying there again.

Location was good , close to beach, tram and food. Seemed to be in safe area. Air conditioning worked well, adequate dishes, pots and pans. Refrigerator was clean. Over all very nice.

This apartment felt like a home away from home and was even nicer and larger than the photos! I stayed for 10 days and didn’t want to leave. The location was excellent - one street back from the beach, with two tram stops 100m away that take you directly into the city or to and from the airport, or a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Nice. There are also bus stops close by along the Promenade, plus multiple grocery stores, bakeries, great restaurants and takeaway options nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The building was quiet, and the host was friendly and great with communicating. Can’t wait to stay here again in future.
