The stay was excellent. The apartment is very well located, right on the Promenade des Anglais and close to the city center, so we could do everything on foot. It’s a small place, but very comfortable and pleasant. Regis, the host, was extremely kind and helpful—he even offered to store our luggage after check-out, which made our last day much easier.

Location was good , close to beach, tram and food. Seemed to be in safe area. Air conditioning worked well, adequate dishes, pots and pans. Refrigerator was clean. Over all very nice.

The apartment overall was amazing and the best place we've stayed at on our trip. The main selling point is the location right on the Promenade and the balcony overlooking it all. The bonus was all of the other amenities in the apartment that were well kept and very comfortable. Enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching the planes come through on approach and the seagulls that zip by right above. If you are wavering on this choice, don't. It is fantastic.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach. The apartment is very clean with plenty of room for two adults and two kids (who shared the trundle bed). The balcony is very nice with a perfect view of the Cote d'Azur and the sea. There is a really nice bakery within walking distance Boulangerie Flor. The tram is just behind the building. It was much too cold to swim in the sea, but we did walk along the beach.
