The terrace was such a good place to have a morning coffee or relax in the afternoon with a book. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved making our own espresso in the morning. That was a highlight. And Franck is a perfect host. So warm and kind and attentive.

Very nice first floor apartment (access by elevator or short curving staircase). Lots of room, clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lots of nice personal touches. The hostess is a great communicator and is wonderful to deal with. Location is a short walk from the Saturday open air markets and about 30 minute walk to the beach.

Ground floor loft, the only steps are up to the bedroom and TV lounge. Almost brand new, only two years old. Appliances and linens high quality. Extremely quiet. Outstanding location on the number one tram line. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent shower. Large pay washer and dryer just outside the apartment door. Small washing machine in the unit. Dishwasher, which I never used. You probably won't just want to stay longer. You'll probably try to figure out how you can live there.

Brigitte was an incredibly cozy and welcoming host, giving us many helpful recommendations on what to visit in just one day. Her pets in the apartment were an extra emotional bonus and made the stay feel even warmer and more special. The bathroom was renovated, modern, and very clean. The AC worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver during our stay. A TV in the room would have been nice, although we did not expect it. The district felt safe towards the seaside, while the other end was less attractive, which is quite normal for a train station district. The location near the train station was also a major advantage — it felt almost like having a taxi directly to Monaco or Cannes.
