A well renovated apartment in an ancient apartment building in the old town. The kitchen is one of the best equipped during our months long road trip in Europe. It is an apartment good for long term stay, so it has everything needed for a short term stay. Clean and comfortable, quiet but yet in the center of the actions. Walkable to the beach and the host had the sun umbrellas in the apartment. If you come with a car, the apartment is on the opposite side of it, so it is best that you stop the car right by the "turn" opposite to Columbus Café to unload your luggage (we and many others stay around did so), then go park somewhere else. Paid street parking nearby, if you are lucky enough to find a space. We park at Parking Etoile Nice, special rate for more than one day, big and clean parking space, your car could go in/out. It is around 800m from the apartment. One is supposed to put the keys back to the lock box during check-out (we overlooked that).

This Boutique Hotel in the heart of 'Vieux Nice' is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! The woman who welcomed us at the front desk is extremely Professional and Efficient. She exudes warmth, hospitality and sincerity... The room was more like an 'apartment' in the sense that it was spacious and it had 'everything' in it! If I have to make a list, it will be too long. You will have to see for yourself!

The best thing was the size of the room; really big for Nice so easy to suitable for longer stays. The location is amazing and the room itself is beautiful, the shower was also very good and the hairdryer was one of the best I’ve ever come across in a hotel.

Located in the heart of the old city, walking distance from restaurants, shops, supermarkets and public transport. The host was very nice and easy to talk to. This was a fantastic apartment right next to Old Nice and the beach. It was perfectly clean, spacious, safe, and had all the modern amenities that we required. Wish we could have stayed longer!
