Excellent stay. We enjoyed our trip to Birmingham. Hampton hotel has an excellent location, very well connected. Good breakfast included, quality ingredients. Very, very nice staff. Good internet connection. Comfortable bed. You can self adjust the room’s temperature, making it actual really warm if you prefer so.

Great location (10 min walk from New St, 5 min walk from Brindley Place, 10 min walk to Jewellery Quarter), which was surprisingly quiet. All the staff were really great and friendly, we left our bags pretty much all day on both days, which was no trouble, free hot drinks in reception with lots of tea options, kettle and tea/coffee in the room, big comfy beds - all in all really great value which far exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel in the city centre!
