This is just a proper home from home. It's clean, spacious and right in the heart of Birmingham. I loved the kitchen so you are able to make hot drinks and food. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the shower nice and hot always. As for the staff they could not have been more helpful. A big shout-out goes to Rosina, she showed me round the fire station I was always in awe of as a kid. Bravo everyone!
