He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and their experience. Little things like that make a big difference when you're traveling. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the service was great throughout my stay. Throughout our stay, Ms. Rüya was extremely attentive and helpful. We had seen her name mentioned in reviews before arriving at the hotel, and she truly lived up to the praise. She is very polite, caring, and genuinely goes out of her way to assist guests. She personally helped us with our room upgrade, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, we were generally satisfied. Additionally, the hotel’s gym is excellent and well-equipped, perfect for those who want to keep up with their workouts. Overall, considering Ms. Rüya’s exceptional service and the hotel’s amenities, our stay was a very positive experience.
