The location and facility. Our room is spacious 9011.

It’s closer to many amenities, and the staff, including the security guard, porter, and operations, was amazing. I will definitely be coming back to the hotel soon. Thank you for the upgrade. Room 1801 was spectacular.

We just booked this hotel as a place to leave our luggage and take a shower,as we arrived in a cruiseship and left late at night. So I cannot comment on breakfast,but I can say the staff allowed us to leave our luggage early morning,kept it safe and booked a taxi to the airport for us at the end of the day.Thanks to the people in the front desk!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town. The breakfast was delightful, and the room was perfect for our family. Every detail was spot-on, but what made our stay truly special was the staff. Abubakar at the check-in counter was amazing, full of energy, and incredibly helpful. He gave us excellent room options and wonderful local recommendations. They even helped us secure rugby match tickets, making everything seamless. We wished we had stayed longer, as it was an exceptional experience all around.
