Spacious rooms and friendly staff

Rooms were 100% clean the breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were friendly. The kitchen /dinning staff were very sweet. The lift were in good condition.

We were so impress to get to this gem in the CBD. Very friendly staff and everthing we needed was there. I would defnitly stay here again.

I got there at midnight new year and everything in Capetown was booked but the front desk receptionist was so kind and did his best to get me an early check-in. He was able to get me and my girlfriend a room within 1 hour. I had to pay a small early check-in in fee but I was so glad and will forever be grateful to the guy. Everything was exceptional

The location is close to everything we needed, so very prime. Also only like 6 minutes from my brother who was our main source of transaport so it is ideal. The staff were super friendly, always willing to help. Thank Reggie especially

The people and staff were really nice! We were welcomed with apple juice! Even after checking out of the hotel, they let us keep our bags at the hotel. The person at the breakfast counter was really nice and hilarious. He asked us if we are familiar with the rules of dining. When I asked him what the rules are, he said there are no rules. Eat as much you can and as much as you want! It felt really nice!

We just booked this hotel as a place to leave our luggage and take a shower,as we arrived in a cruiseship and left late at night. So I cannot comment on breakfast,but I can say the staff allowed us to leave our luggage early morning,kept it safe and booked a taxi to the airport for us at the end of the day.Thanks to the people in the front desk!

The location is excellent if you’re looking for for a safe area in cbd close to waterfront by uber this is it ,the rooms are nice .but mostly I loved the location and environment .highly recommended .i wish I extended my stay there
