The heart and soul of this hotel is their staff, who are really helpfull and pleasent. Everything was clean, the food is good and it’s close to the tram, bus and train.

The staff was helpful and always pleasant, the room was perfect for my needs, breakfast offered plenty of variety and was reasonably priced. I would go back.

Beautiful hotel, at the right location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame de Nice. We were especially touched by the thoughtful in-room welcome prepared for our anniversary, with wine and macarons, which made our stay feel truly special. The hotel was beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. We also really appreciated the kind gesture from the GM and the staff, who personally contacted us to make sure everything was fine and to ask if we needed anything. That level of care made us feel genuinely looked after. Breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. A very pleasant place to stay — we would gladly come back.

Fantastic location, very short walk to the train station and a very simple nearly straight brief walk to park areas as you continue your walk to the beach. Very safe and clean area. The Express grocery on the way to the sea has a variety of items you might need as well as food. The room is simple and met our needs. The hot water is very hot so test it to your liking! Nice firm mattress and room heater (it was cool out in March) was perfect. No elevator but they will help bring luggage to the room. Highly recommended.

We liked the distict, very safe and residentail. Full of shops and cafes at the street where the tram passes. Close to old distict, pleasant walk via green zone to the promenade. Friendly staff, can leave bags before check-in and after check-out. The toilet at the reception has shower just in case. Reception is 24/7 We felt very safe The beds were super comfy. Bedlinen new. There is huge balcony. Aircon. The kitchen is fully equipped. Smart invention to shut it with roller

Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable. Big plus that you may use the kitchen which is always clean. The fact that you can have coffee at your disposal makes you feel better. 😊

Cozy hotel and close to everything! The room is a comfortable size, and the bathroom is very nice as well. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, and close to a grocery store and pharmacies.

The Location is excellent. The hotel is brand new, everything smells new and fresh. Rooms are very clean. i love the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Bathrooms spacious and luxurious. I like the Toto WC. The rooms are very spacious. The terrace on the 6th floor has amazing views of the beach and the town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and high end fashion boutiques are open in the ground floor of the hotel. My only regret I did not have enough time to try the spa facilities but will surely visit again the hotel and try the spa.

It was in the center of Nice where we needed to be and was the right price with friendly staff.

The hotel's lobby offers amazing views, and a beach is within walking distance. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was impressive. At night, the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore creates a calming and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is a great addition, with a wonderful atmosphere during both lunch and dinner. It's worth noting that there are some stairs at the entrance, which made it difficult to bring our luggage up last time. However, they have now added an elevator, making the hotel more accessible. Everything was on point.

This hotel was absolutely magical !!!! I would return even twenty times over. Every detail, from the artistic touches to the warm, intimate atmosphere, exudes elegance and sophistication. The staff and people there are incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly unforgettable experience. It was my first time in nice so the hotel made it 100% better 😍

This gorgeous boutique hotel is situated overlooking the sea while at the same time being within easy walking distance to the old town of Nice and the beautiful beach promenade. Apart from the functional tastefully decorated rooms, fabulous restaurant (and breakfast!!) I think the staff interaction stood out for me in this hotel. From the time I booked the correspondence from management was excellent and so helpful. I was able to book transport between the hotel and neighboring towns and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and during our stay every member of staff was so friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Nice.
