Costa RicaThe British and local energy is so incredible - great way to get to know the country and its culture through an experience. The pub downstairs is so lovely - downtown the details. Food exceptional. The rooms were so tastefully decorated and you get a personalized note, snacks and music playing upon check in. They don’t do this kind of hospitality anymore. 10/10 would do 100x again and recommend to everyone!

We only stayed for the one night to attend a family party. Very comfortable and conveniently situated. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was adequate, with plenty of fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast was pretty basic, which was disappointing.

The area is gorgeous and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I attender for a wedding and stayed the night. The staff was excellent and helped us by providing a baby cot and high chairs. The breakfast is very good with views to the greenery. Bedroom is spacious and felt luxurious. Plenty of parking space and the hotel was beautifully decorated. It also has large corridors with soft carpet, which is ideal if you have kids to run around!

Linda is an amazing host very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Very nice views and comfortable beds and bathroom. Linda prepared a delicious cooked breakfast every morning. We were lucky to have glorious weather and could eat in the lovely terrace. Kids loved the garden and playing with the friendly Guinea pigs.

The landscaping was well done and beautiful! Great for kids to run around. The chess pieces were beautiful. Breakfast &staff were amazing. We attended a wedding and the Main house is just beautiful!

Fantastic host Robin cooked a amazing dinner for us all we sat outside taking in the beautiful evening view while eating chicken and ratatouille (which was sauced locally and from his garden) . If you want to get sway from city life this is the place to stay .next time we are bringing the Children with us to see the pigs ,ducks , chickens, turkey,fish and cockral. And can't forget robins fluffy white cat

Wonderful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Nothing was a problem for them. The room was perfect and as described. It was clean and perfect for a night away. There was a handy mini fridge on the landing. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit and continental style and the view of the garden was lovely.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. We also booked a function room for a family get together and ordered Afternoon Tea in advance - everyone loved it. Our puppy Tara made lots of friends and was welcomed by staff wherever she went. She also loved going completely nuts in the beautiful grounds.
