Convenient location, nice breakfast included, friendly staff

Perfect location, very close to downtown and to the train station/ Andrew square for bus drop off from airport. Delicious breakfast with various food. Super confortable bed, and very clean room. I’ll choose that hotel again if I ever come back to Edinburgh!

The best thing I found in the room is the fact that they had a few UK sockets, as well as an EU one. For someone like me who forgot to bring an adapter, that was a major save, since that was one less thing I had to think about. Also additional USB plugs for charging. Instead of the usual paper greeting, their TVs were set to a greeting that included your name, which was a nice touch, as was the fact that the main page on the TV had all the necessary info just there, available for you, such as general hotel information, how to connect your devices to the TV and wifi. The room itself was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did a good job of keeping it that way for the entire duration of our stay. Due to a change in flight schedule we had to book an additional night, besides the original reservation, and the hotel staff was kind enough to help and ensure that we won't have to change rooms for an additional night. Overall - very nice.

The room was very spacious for a solo type of accommodation. The location is pretty good for it is just a few steps away from the Haymarket tram station. Towels and linens were all fresh. Good hot shower! Very clean. Good looking Victorian style of interiors.

Will stay here again next time I'm in Edinburgh. Everything was great.

The property is located on a comercial and touristic area with really good restaurants and coffees around. The Edinburgh golden mile is 25 minutes walking from here but you have plenty of options of transportations. Good value for money.

Fresh and immaculate and beautifully decorated home of c. 1820s. Character wonderful in the three creative decors of our group’s rooms. Friendly and gracious host!

The room was big enough for three persons. Everything was nice, the room was clean, the couches can be transformed into beds, but they weren’t very comfortable. The bathroom is very big and clean. Also, the mini kitchen very ok. The location is very ok, there are 2 supermarkets nearby and you can get easily to the city centre (via foot or bus, the bus station is very near).

Easy to find and the keep your luggage free of cost. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The breakfast was also good!

It was very handy to have a fitness center and pub on the property. It was also very close to the bus stop to go downtown.

Very clean, easy check in, easy instructions, friendly service. Great breakfast spread. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to princes street and other attractions. Comfortable beds, spotless showers. A win for me.

We were delayed in another city due to long flight cancellations and arrived a day later than planned, only to find our room was no longer available (understandably, as we couldn’t notify the hotel). Despite this, the staff acted quickly and professionally to find a solution and got us into a room right away so we could finally rest. Their effort, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference—truly excellent service!
