The hotel and staff were wonderful. We were upgraded to a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely decor and very clean. We enjoyed our meal in The Grill.

We had such a lovely room, it was advertised as the smallest one but it was definitely big enough for us. We loved the hotel and we had a great breakfast as well.

Beautiful building set amongst stunning scenery. Staff were fantastic, very responsive. A quiet drink in the bar, reading a book while the rain poured down outside - loved it!

Very lovely owners. I got a free upgrade to a room with an ensuite and the facilities were excellent. Even complementary breakfast items in the room and proper milk rather than UHT.

The place is amazing, cozy and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Small apartment but perfectly functional, super clean and well organized.

I enjoyed the walk at the bottom of the pub garden, along the river Wey The room and bathroom were really lovely, with beautiful decor The extras in the room were much appreciated, for example the radio, welcome note, oat milk sachets and vegan down pillows and pillow spray Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

It was our first time here in Woking we use the other Hiltons when staying in different locations. We all agree this is the best we have stayed in our of all of them . From the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and everything after that from the lovely room to breakfast if was all really good and we.camt wait to stay there again.
