The location is just perfect. It is above the mall, but still got privacy. The health facilities are nice, the pool is quite long, the gym is well equipped, no need to wait. No worries about food. Just go downstair, and lots of food in the mall.

Privately Run by owner but quite Professional in process., way to early check-in was smooth, flexible Check-out during my stay was a nice add Up. Very responsive in answering my query. A defo value of Money.

Everything was great, and the place was very clean and comfortable. The host was supportive, providing us with clear explanations and all the information we needed for our trip. Since we traveled in a group of three, we asked for extra blankets and pillows, and the host was more than happy to provide them quickly. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

The host was amazing and incredibly helpful from getting my girlfriend the keys, showing her around the building, showing her where to get food, taking her to stores to find gifts, helping her with taxies, helping with getting a sim card, and so much more! He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean! I have nothing but good thoughts and experiences for this location and host.

Room is good & comfy, but all stop there. Lack of amenities, cumbersome check-in/out process, apartment staff aren't hepful really drags the overall experience down.

Very professional staff, a good location, and a great breakfast with excellent staff once again. I will definitely stay here again. The bed was also of excellent quality!

Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceptional, friendly and efficient. The club floor is well worth the experience, nice room, high quality linens, love the bathroom and shower. The evening cocktails is superb, breakfast was plentiful with good variety and freshness. Love it and would definitely return soon. Staffs are friendly and polite and efficient. Thank you

The room was clean, beds, table, sofa, coffee area.. toilet was clean. Very comfortable pillows and L bolster. Aircon was strong and the TV had youtube etc. It was great. Please keep up the amazing work.

Shangri-La Surabaya is still the gracious Queen of 5 star hotels in Surabaya, with impeccable service from qualified and well-trained staff, excellent facilities - a really nice, large resort pool with kids' pools and water slide not interfering with the main pool, a good spa/gym area with free and bookable table tennis - comfortable rooms with large windows, expansive views and very comfortable beds providing firm support with a soft topper. Wood fired pizza oven in the Italian restaurant meant yummy fare there too.
