Room was clean had everything you need for staying. Staff was friendly. We liked breakfast although nothing special. We stayed one night no complains

Either a short stop on the road or a stay as starting point for excursions. A hidden gem. More family home than hotel, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast beat everything else we experienced on the trip, great coffee (a decent plus!) and the dinner provided showed the excellent cooking skills. Go for the dessert as well! Hot tub available.

The igloo provides a unique experience combined with the great location，it’s perfect for spotting northern lights. While it is also made very comfortable and convenient. The public area is also very clean, tidy and well equipped. Great experience staying here.

Good location, close to the Ring Road and yet can be a starting point for highland adventure. Food at the restaurant was also excellent.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The receptionist who was there upon our arrival, shows us on the map what we can do because the weather conditions wasn’t good for the things that we have planed to do. The food in the restaurant was good and also the breakfast has many options to choose. The bed was comfortable and we have a huge window right across in order to see the sky. Till now it was the best hotel in Iceland!

Everything was great!! Unnur, the host, is super responsive and lovely. The guesthouse is spacious, beautiful and clean. The dining area is really large and has a beautiful view. There’s all sorts of things in the kitchen to help you cook, like oil and spices. And indeed Unnur and her husband cooked tasty pancakes for breakfast served with jam and maple syrup. Definitely recommend this place!!

Nice, clean rooms. Shared bathrooms were very clean too. Rooms were small, but we only were there to sleep, so it served the purpose. Breakfast was top of the line. Lots of variety. Staff was very friendly

Our stay was amazing! Great location, comfy space, and super responsive hosts. The owners went above and beyond and brought me to hang out w/ the horses! Our absolute favorite stay of the trip!

Cleanness and enjoyed a beautiful view. Kitchenette is well equipped. It includes hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and nespresso machine. Also, olive oil, salt and pepper, etc.

Just wow. This house from the minute you walk in is just a stunner. We absolutely loved it and are mad at ourselves for not figuring out a way to use it as a base for more days during our travel in Iceland. Located just off the ring road, within walking distance of a grocery store, pool and disc golf, this place is a gem. It was our favorite stay of our trip, by far. The bathrooms, the bedrooms, the linens, the kitchen, all of it is 15/10 good. Book it now.

This property was great for what I was looking for, I’m a solo traveler who came to Iceland chasing the Northern Lights and this location was perfect! It sits on a hill overlooking the valley which gave great perspective of the sky, hella is about 15 minutes away which is a nice little town that carries groceries, gas, and liquor store. The location is also central to many of the great tourist attractions to the eastern/ central of the island

Perfect! The apartment is cozy, bright, and very spacious. It had all the amenities and items we could possibly need during our trip. Great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

It was very cosy, with a beautiful rural location. Amazing views, and very secluded. Lovely dogs on the farm were a highlight View of beautiful Icelandic ponies too. The kitchen had everything needed Restaurants /supermarkets within a few minutes drive Easy parking which was free The main bedroom and the sofa bed were both super comfortable,
