Late night Check-In worked. We were welcomed at late night as we asked for due to late plain landing time.

The staff was great! Assisted me for the whole time, even with de shuttle from the airport. I really recommend staying here. Congratulations, and thanks for the hospitality.

Property was very nice. Breakfast is included, but there is no lunch and dinner as noted on bookings.com. But the breakfast is wonderful. The staff gentlemen are so kind and helpful. Location is good with a nice downtown in several streets to walk around and eat.

Is really closest to the train station.

It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late after the restaurant had closed. We were hungry and they made pizza for us and brought it to our rooms.

We love this place! This is our second time and will not be our last. There are always new improvements to the property. The breakfast selection will meet everyone’s needs.

New, clean, great staff, convenient location

Really clean and comfortable place. It’s close to the city center, so there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. A huge plus is that the train station is just 3–4 minutes away on foot, which makes getting around super easy.

We liked everything here, extremely polite service, very friendly and helpful staff, we were allowed to check in earlier, the room was so nice and cozy and super clean! We had a bottle of wine as a present and compliment and we felt very welcomed. Thank you for everything! The view from the small balcony looks over the main street and very beautiful palm trees!

It was a beautiful room, centrally located with great amenities (safe and fridge). Easily accessed.

Everything - ample parking, very clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, big bathroom (we had a shared bathroom between our two rooms), and a sink in every bedroom which was another plus. Apart from this the rooms are well equipped and so is the shared kitchen. Absolutely recommend this guest house :)

It was modern and conveniently located. It had a spa that we took advantage of.

We were two women travelling so loved that Ferdinando carried our bags up and down the stairs for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Anna and Ferdinando were very attentive to our needs, checking in we were ok. Breakfast was great! We could help ourselves to whatever we wanted in the communal kitchen. The outdoor area and pool was wonderful on a hot summer afternoon and we had it all to ourselves. The beds were lovely and comfy and I had a lovely view over that area from my room. Room was very clean and fantastic air conditioning! We were just passing through lamezia for the night but loved the town and got treated beautifully everywhere we went. Very happy!

Giovanni was an excellent host. He shuttled twice to the airport to pick me up (my plane was very late) and only charged me once. I was allowed to freely stay by the pool after checkout time to pass the hours before my next flight. Breakfast was great and unlimited. Highly recommend this accommodation!

As a frequent traveler, I was blown away by the genuine warmth of our hosts. From the moment we arrived they greeted us like old friends, made key collection effortless, and seemed determined to share every bit of Calabrian hospitality. The property itself sits in a beautiful, expansive garden dotted with citrus and olive trees, providing plenty of quiet corners to relax. We also loved the opportunity to purchase delicious local products—olive oil, preserves, and homemade limoncello—right on-site. All in all, it felt more like staying with family than at a rental.

This is an amazing, unique stay with the best hosts!

-Location is beautiful and serene! -Served us dinner in the garden, which was so special! -Access to the grounds and the pool was unlimited :). -Staff were so kind and accommodating! They must us feel very comfortable!

A very welcoming atmosphere, especially from its host/manager, Mariano and Pasquale & the staff. Very close to the center, walking distance to restaurants, shops, promenade. The facility is clean with excellent basic amenities. A short stay, but we’ll worth it.

A great breakfast, everything clean, the onwer was very kind to wait for us, as we had a delayed flight. I strongly recommend this place.
