Our stay was amazing! The place is very peaceful surrounded by nature. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is located very close to the beach nearby and the city of Sirolo. The hotel is very central and close to both the town centre and beaches. The host, Renata is absolutely amazing, she is so friendly and accommodating. We arrived later than planned around 9:30 pm and she had stayed up to give us our keys and show us around the room. We asked if it was possible to check out later than 10 and Renata let us extend the checkout time until 1. Our room was beautiful with high ceilings and a big window that got lots of sun. Everything was spectacularly clean and was also a coffee machine and a fridge in our room.

Superb communication! Exceptional service, and very welcoming hosts. Appreciated the flexibility for accommodating our late arrival. Excellent location, and wonderful view from the balcony. The property is beautifully designed inside and outside; the scent of blossoming lemon trees on the property were extremely attractive. There was an amazing breakfast with great variety of home made food and deserts. Marco and Francesca are vey warm, friendly and wonderful hosts. It was a great pleasure staying at there place.

Amazing family owned B&B. Exceptionally clean! Perfect breakfast and perfect location. Sirolo is nicknamed the pearl of the Adriatic and this sums up our stay at 1012. Beautiful beaches a short walk down the road. We found a collection of sea glass🤗. Lovely host! We are already planning our next stay - ❤️ restaurants serve the freshest of seafood!
