The restaurant and the pool were great! The rooms was really comfortable

EVERYTHING! It was perfection, heaven on earth. The views were outstanding, the room you couldn’t improve on: beautiful, cozy, ultimate cleanliness, attention to details, beautiful linens and the bed was so confortable. The property is spotless even though animals roam free. The food succulent and the staff so courteous and attentive.

I liked everything, the breakfast, the room, the environment. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The clean in the room is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing and they have a lot of options and you will not regret if you take one night to have dinner there.

The room was finished to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and lots of toiletries included. Pretty cool coffee machine and a complimentary mini bar. Shower was unreal and a hot tub bath in the bedroom was great fun. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and dressing robe included. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs. Location is very central to everything and the area felt very secure. The key system was very secure . Check in staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Tivoli as a holiday destination.

Great location with an excellent restaurant

Excellent location next to Villa D’Este, in the heart of charming Tivoli. Cute shops, cafés, bars, etc.

This place has exceptional facilities and attention to details. It all seems brand new. They have several locations around the city center and all are easily accessible to city center and food and fun.

Spacious, bright, warm and spotlessly clean with very kind and caring hosts. Although the facility does not offer breakfast it provides coffee, tea, cereal, milk, yogurt, juices and packaged pastries in a well equipped, spacious and bright kitchen. We also enjoyed a lovely private patio attached to our room and equipped with a table and chairs. The location is perfect as it is in the best part of town with nearby restaurants and a spectacular view just down the street. And the shower...best ever! High pressure and hot! We thank our hosts Eduardo and his lovel mother for a wonderful stay in a very beautiful town.

What a gem! We are so sad we only had 1 night here. This is the most incredible bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at! Truly a 10/10 experience. The property is absolutely magical! They have thermal pools which you can use privately, they welcome you with a complimentary beverage, and the rooms (apartments) feel like you are staying back in time! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home - they are seriously so kind! Do yourself a favor and stay here. We will be back!
