What a magic place! We saw whales several times during breakfast or while enjoying the pool in the late afternoon. All the staff are extremely helpful and you feel very welcome the whole time. Special thanks to the concierge team who prepared a surprise for my daughter's birthday with great care - they provided chocolate covered strawberries for our arrival and a chocolate cake for her birthday, in addition to having reserved a rooftop in Cabo for us. We woke up every day hearing the birds singing. The hotel is beautiful and the landscaping is impeccable. We will definitely come back again. The breakfast is impeccable. The only room for improvement we found was at the taco restaurant - I thought the flavor and the experience itself left something to be desired, and I would also like to have more options on the menu, but nothing that compromised our overall experience.

It was very beautiful and amazing! Everything was nearby and convenient. The views from our room were spectacular. The proximity of our room was the best because it was an end unit. We loved it!

Casa Herradura was perfect! We travelled with family for New Year’s Eve and the house was beautiful! Uniquely designed for socializing and entertaining every single detail has been taken into consideration from all of the amenities, to the rooms, the pool and outdoor areas are wonderful and the rooftop at night is breathtaking. The rooms were perfectly equipped with the most comfortable beds and the property was spotless! The host is extremely responsive and helpful and the concierge and chef services are a great touch! Easy to get in and out of both downtown and the old town and the grocery store is a short walk away and everything is super accessible! We would for sure stay here again we loved our time here!

Our apartment was ideally located in a very secure area with a security gate for entrance; we always felt very safe, and a large, well stocked Fresko supermarket just up the hill and across the street; so handy. Our apartment was very clean, well stocked with cooking/eating and cleaning items/supplies with the added bonus of clothes washer and dryer inside our unit. Our unit had very clean and comfortable mattresses and pillows; something very important to us. Arely met us at our apartment and was very gracious and helpful. She was readily available and we were very pleased to be able to work with such a caring/competent team member of this host, Hugo. This property’s host, Hugo, is experienced and very professional and we plan to look for his properties for any future trips planned. We highly recommend this host and any of his properties because we can count on exceptional service.

The property is in a good location - basically in the middle of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is clean and attractive. The host was responsive to questions.

I love this place! I stayed there for 3 times in one year since I discovered it and I am definitely going back. The design is absolutely stunning and the staff is super nice. The view is amazing!

The views are better than the pictures. Amazing brand new property. Great value with so many great restaurants close by.

The food was great. My son and I liked the pools, game room, and close proximity to the small beach next door.

The view was amazing from our Suite, it was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The beds were so comfortable, we had a King Size and 2 matrimonial, we were only 3, so we felt like we had a full house to ourselves. The bathrooms were luxurious, and being able to view the arch when coming out the shower was one of a kind. The pool was refreshing after a long day of activities even after going to the beach. The free breakfasts were delicious, and the restaurant looked beautiful. We would book the same suite every time!

The Thompson was amazing. From the moment we arrived until our final day we enjoyed every moment at this lovely resort. The staff, food, and rooms were all to our liking. We already started thinking about our return trip someday. Thank you again for everything, very special Birthday trip!
