Location is great, food options are good, the beach is beautiful and the Friday fireworks show was amazing. Also staff were very kind.

Very friendly and polite staff, great amenities, great complimentary activities (while we were there, there was a wine degustation event with a piano concert, a movie night on the rooftop terrace, a yoga class and many more) and overall an excellent location. The room we stayed in was well organized, very clean and yes, the Japanese toilet was a highlight as well :)

We felt warmly welcomed at check-in, with excellent service right from the start. The waterfront views from our room were stunning — we could see surfers riding waves and boats gliding across the sea just yards away. The hotel also has great shops inside, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at Vive hotel Waikiki. Our first stay was for a week in a Junior Suite Ocean View room, and we were very happy with it. The size of the room was perfect! It was clean, well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The room had a spacious bathroom and a view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—you can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s an amazing poke place, Maguro spot, located right across the hotel, which was a delightful bonus. It’s hard to imagine a better combination of location and quality for a stay in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. After spending a few days on the Big Island and Maui, we realized even more how great this hotel was in terms of service and overall experience. We decided to come back for a few extra days and stayed in a standard room this time. The standard room size was perfectly fine—despite some reviews mentioning it being small, we didn’t find that to be the case. It was clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, cleanliness, and quality service. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Waikiki.

Rooms seem newly renovated…modern, clean, excellent bathrooms. Quick elevators.

Great location, had an Abc store and a Starbucks in the hotel. The Monkeypod restaurant had really good pie my husband and I would get pie to go and split it.

Is a beautiful hotel in a great location

Early flight so arrived at the hotel about 11am - they provided a nice space to relax and change while waiting for the room.

Service orientation of every department right from when we arrived. these are people who understand hospitality, are professional and always ready to find solutions. from Rex at the front desk who sorted out our booking mix up to housekeeping who provided us microwaves & plates to use. facilities very good - very powerful shower. great ocean views. good wifi.

Everything was great and location was perfect!

Our room was very spacious. It had two queen size beds that were really comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, had a very good and powerful shower. There was also a mini-fridge. The resort was really nice, there were a lot of sunbeds and the pool was cool and nice. The staff was wonderful. There were also several stores and great restaurants.

Excellent new hotel that just has everything you need/want. Free spa area to do hot and cold plunge/sauna and massage for extra charge. It’s just a well thought out design overall. Highly recommend it. And only one weird interaction with staff, but overall staff were 5star.

Perfect location and not as crowded ad out on the strip.
