The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Albergo del Duca offers rooms with free WiFi throughout in Como, 820 feet from Piazza Cavour square. The on-site restaurant serves local cuisine.

Central location, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from the ferries. Very clean, comfortable, AC worked very well. Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

Great Staff, clean, great place just a few meter from the cathedral, (very) reduced price for a parking (at around 800mts), big place with all I needed. Easy check-in/-ou (within reception opening times). Comfortable. I can definitely recommend it.

Set on the shores of Lake Como, Crotto Dei Pescatori is located in Lezzeno. It offers air-conditioned accommodations and a traditional restaurant where a continental breakfast is served buffet style.

Crotto dei Pescatori does not look like much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was very nice. The restaurant was good and the breakfast copious. Beautifully located on Lake Como across Villa del Balbianello. That villa has famously served as a filming location for two major blockbusters: Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002) and the James Bond film Casino Royale (2006). I recommend Crotto dei Pescatori!

Mama Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's center, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard.

We loved our stay at Mamma Ciccia. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, lake, ferry and plenty of restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would return.

The Hotel is located on the top of the hill facing the lake 1.9 mi from town center.

The staff were lovely. The accommodated every request we had. The room, albeit a bit small, had the best view we could imagine and a soothing sound of running water. Just one word of caution, the hotel does not have an elevator.
